A Beginning That Continues to Grow

S.O.T.A.M.'s story in Guatemala began through a Guatemalan couple living in the United States who opened a door to missionary work in Pueblo Nuevo El Rosario, Catarina, San Marcos. After an initial exploratory trip, S.O.T.A.M. began developing sports activities, Bible and discipleship programs, community days, camps, and educational projects such as the Grace Library, while also supporting the growth of the local church. Although direct work in Pueblo Nuevo El Rosario has concluded, Guatemala remains an important part of S.O.T.A.M.'s vision, with new Grace Library projects and a desire to continue reaching children and communities throughout the country.
